Terms and conditions

Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Appartement Neumayer in Viehhofen. By making a booking, guests accept these terms and conditions.

Booking

A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by us in writing (by email).

With the booking confirmation, an accommodation agreement is concluded between the guest and Appartement Neumayer.

Prices

The prices agreed at the time of booking apply.

All prices include statutory VAT, where applicable.

The local tax is charged separately in accordance with the applicable statutory regulations.

​

Deposit and Payment

A deposit may be required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance is due no later than upon arrival or as stated in the booking confirmation.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 4:00 pm

Check-out: by 9:30 am

If you expect to arrive later or leave earlier, please let us know in advance.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation conditions stated in the booking confirmation apply to each booking. Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006), as amended from time to time, shall apply additionally.

Stay

We kindly ask all guests to treat the apartment, its furnishings and other guests with respect.

Please observe our house rules.

Non-Smoking

All apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor areas.

​

Pets

Pets are not permitted in our accommodation.

​

Visitors

Out of consideration for all guests, only registered guests may stay overnight in the apartments.

Additional guests require our prior consent.

​

Guest Liability

Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their fellow travellers in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

Please report any damage to us immediately so that we can find a suitable solution together.

Liability of Appartement Neumayer

We are liable solely within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions.

We accept no liability for the loss of or damage to personal belongings unless this is due to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Parking

Free parking spaces are available to our guests directly at the property.

We accept no liability for parked vehicles.

​

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

Guests are obliged to use the internet connection exclusively in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

​

Ski and Bicycle Storage

During your stay, you are welcome to use our ski and bicycle storage room free of charge. In winter, a ski boot dryer is also available.

Use of the storage facilities is at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss, theft or damage to stored sports equipment unless this is due to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Guest Mobility Ticket and Guest Cards

During their stay, our guests receive the Guest Mobility Ticket as well as, depending on the season, the Viehhofen Glückscard or the winter Guest Card.

These are issued in accordance with the current regulations of the respective tourism region. Changes to the range of services, restrictions or the discontinuation of individual offers are beyond our control and do not give rise to any claim for a reduction in the accommodation price or compensation.

Quiet Hours

We kindly ask our guests to be considerate of other guests and our neighbours, especially during the evening and night-time quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

This helps ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Force Majeure

If a stay cannot take place, or can only take place to a limited extent, due to unforeseeable events (such as natural disasters, official orders or comparable circumstances), the applicable statutory provisions shall apply.

​

Jurisdiction

Austrian law shall apply.

The competent court shall have jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible.

To help make your stay as relaxing as possible from the very beginning, we are always happy to assist you personally with any questions.

We want you to feel at home from the very first moment and enjoy your holiday in the Salzburg Alps to the fullest.
